V1.1 version accumulation update project

New additions and optimization adjustments:
1. Added V-Sync and FPS adjustment functions.
2. Adjusted the game difficulty slightly.
3. Added fast travel waterslides before Golden Chattertooth and Meduso Magna.
4. Added fast travel waterslides before Lamina.
5. Optimized some route navigation.
6. Optimized gamepad detection.
7. Autosave after repairing or using fast travel waterslides.
8. Optimized some areas performance.

Bug Fixed:
1. Fixed a bug that gamepad will easily snap to the diagonals.
2. Fixed somes of english scripts.
3. Fixed a bug that the countdown sound of gate won't stop.
4. Fixed a bug that the first gate before the refinery will keep respawning.
5. Fixed a bug that won't get the encyclopedia of Silver Chattertooth.
6. Fixed a bug that landmark will lost position after placing.
7. Change the price of outpost and custom landmarks.
8. Fixed a bug where the map in the refinery gate would not be unlocked.
9. Fixed a bug that Time bombs will break one-way shortcuts.
10. Fixed a bug that Toby's encyclopedia information was discovered too early. "
11. Fixed a bug of not getting achievements.
12. Fixed a bug of the abnormal handle operations, such as unable to aim, sprint... etc.
13. Fixed a bug that can not go back to the lower left corner of Waste Processing Plant.
14. Fixed a bug that setting fps to 30 will lag.
