TDC v0.9.9.7.4 is here and brings new content and improvements

- New : new car Skysan N34
- New : new car King Vic
- New : 2 new drift circuit tracks
- Improved : steering angle increased to 70 degrees which improves drifting
- Improved : counter steering helper which improves drifting
- Improved : tires self align when steering is released which improves driving and drifting
- Improved : steering wheels force feedback
- Improved : dashboard UI
- Fixed : hours slider of Day/Night cycle system was set to 59 instead of 23
- Fixed : automatic Day/Night cycle min time was set to 0 which breaks the system
- Fixed : Score and Distance values in Free Drift mode was not updated on Complete
