Minor fixes & Improvements based on feedback...
- sfx volume menu settings fix
- jetboy knockback on collisions limited to small vertical nudge - to stop jetboy being thrown into path of other enemies
- jetsheep now lay upside down when hit
- health & fuel bars now flash when limited or reducing
