Open Your Seaside Card Shop in Kardboard Kings Today!
Kardboard Kings - Soundtrack · published
Hey, card sharks!
Kardboard Kings is available now for $19.99 with a 10% launch discount.
Buddy will be streaming Kardboard Kings on the Akupara Twitch page trying (and certainly failing) to complete his collection in one sitting starting at 11AM Pacific, rolling right on into the Kardboard Kings Launch Party at 5PM Pacific with Oscar and Rob, the devs behind it all. We’ve got plenty more Kardboard Kings content along the way (starting with the Buddy Gets Rich series on the Akupara Youtube starting tomorrow) so it’s a good time to be a card shark.
Open your own Card shop by the seaside! Buy, trade and sell Cards, OR keep them for your own collection! Earn reputation with customers, beat your shop goals, unlock new decorations, and host exciting events to bring everyone to the best Card shop in town!
Features:
- Buy, Sell, or Flex - Buy low, sell high, or just add Cards to your showcase for all to see!
- Collect Over 100 Unique Cards - From ripping open booster packs, to buying singles, you’ll uncover dozens of vibey Cards featuring illustrations from stacks of talented artists! (Plus their rare, shiny variants!)
- Master An Ever-Changing Market - Reprints, rumours, rule changes, kids' meal promos, thieves, and church condemnations (the usual suspects) will all affect the price of your treasured cards. Think fast!
- Win the Hearts of Customers - Befriend regulars by tracking down their requests, help build their decks, and become a part of a sleepy seaside town! Or just rip them off and feel their wrath!
- Build The Perfect Shop - New management means new branding - create your dream shop with a catalogue of walls, flooring, furniture, and knickknacks; everyone loves a good chia pet, right?
- Solve The Mystery - All is not what it seems on the seaside! The appearance of a mysterious masked thief leaves locals wondering who to trust with their precious Cards! Who is this shadowy character? And just what are the Legendary Cards?
If you run into any issues during your play, feel free to make a post in the Bug Report subforum and we’ll follow up as soon as we can! Enjoy!
