Thank you all for your support during our first steps on virtual grounds with the premiere of our Masters of Hardcore XR experience. As a festival organization we try to add an extra dimension to our brand experiences and are eager to keep on learning from the Steam community.

Shift to higher quality visuals (PCVR & desktop only)

We have received a lot of feedback after our first event experience premiere and we took our time to fully absorb the feedback and upgrade Masters of Hardcore XR based on this. Our main challenge (already during the built) was the quality/look of the experience. As we decided to focus on being compatible for the Oculus store we needed to compromise a lot on quality levels because of the obvious disadvantages in hardware. Since then, we have come to the conclusion that PCVR is out home and place where our real fans (you guys) are. This brought us to the decision to shift our focus to higher quality for future experiences for PCVR en desktop only. This means that we are now able to use those RTX cards in your pc build and are able to bring much better visuals, lighting and environments.

Changes in this update

We have started with enhancing everything we have built so far, so when you have done the update you are able to see the first changes. You will be able to go back to all scenes from the MOH event separately, and enjoy them in this enhanced mode. A quick note: Future updates are going to profit even more from this, since upscaling from low resolution textures & models is pretty hard!

We are very curious how you feel about this update and what you would like to see from us in the future. So don't hesitate to get in touch.

TL;DR > PYTHIAN GOT A VISUAL UPGRADE
