Hotfix to V0.21
Fixed:
- position of the back button in load menu
- sound control issues
- some typos and translation issues
- the flickering menu when you're broke
- the dummy level 6 should not occur anymore
- loading of save games should work correctly now
(please note that older savegames will not work anymore because the data is incomatible)
