Release v0.9.7: MacOS, Space key to thumbs up, ability to change resolution

Changes in this release:
- MacOS is now supported!
- To support mice and trackpads with only one button, you can now use the space key to thumbs up in addition to right-clicking on a mouse
- It is now possible to change the resolution of the game from the main menu by selecting Settings -> Resolution
