Important update for Oculus Quest users!

This is mentioned in the Spawn Gun Update patch notes, but I figured it would be good to repeat here.

I've gotten sporadic complaints that the plasma sword melee weapon feels too heavy in-game. I thought for a long time users just had weird standards of vr physics from other games or something. Turns out no, I'm just a dummy! The code I wrote for physical weapons ends up making them feel much more floaty on refresh rates lower than what I tested on, which was 90 Hz. It was a dumb mathematical error and I didn't test enough on Quest to notice it.

My lazy fix is just clamping the physics refresh rate to 90 or above, and this is now the default in this update. Should feel much better now!

If you have any problems or questions, let me know.
