The second update for our young game is coming out today. It comes out 2 to 3 weeks after the release.
This update brings new tools, items, achievements to the game, bugs fixed.
Robot.
One of the interesting innovations is the robot. With it, you can revive Charles, or you can make a robo-landing.
Localization.
Work has begun on a localization system. It was created to support other languages by the game (not officially). After finalizing this system, the Workshop will be able to publish and download your localization options.
Workshop.
In this update, Steam Workshop was affected. We've changed the save tags, and now it's easier to find buildings that fit your needs.
Also, for this function, the procedure for publishing saves to the workshop has been updated and a corresponding window has been added.
Bearings.
This update introduces bearings with which you can create movable joints and pneumatic mechanisms, like this landing gear.
Mod cache.
The game now has a system for caching mod files. For example, this is needed if you have a music player and you load several audio files into it when you spawn. The computer will take time to do this, and in order not to repeat this operation, the game will save the data about the file to memory.
Achievements.
2 new achievements have been added.
1 - Take Charles to space without touching.
2 - Create 1000 logical links.
Mechanisms.
Button press mode - requires pressing the button.
Logic gate - does not pass the signal if there is no signal at the middle input.
CMG - use it to spin your building around it.
Advanced speedometer mode - allows you to get speed along different axes.
Impact detector - in a collision, returns the force of the collision.
