Weekend Hotfix #1

Thanks to the many players that tried Redout: Space Assault at launch!

Some unexpected issues have arisen and we felt the need to upload a flash weekend patch to fix the most blatant one: the AUTOFIRE option is now disabled by default. This is intended as an extra accessibility option, not as the default way to play the game.

Also, we are currently investigating HDR and other minor and major issues that you flagged. No QA team, no matter how awesome and dedicated, can hold a candle to you, the hive mind, when it comes to spotting problems.

We'd like to take this chance to remind that other accessibility options, such as inverted controls and sensitivity, are available from the game menu.

On a final note: once again, we realize there are tons of space sims and roguelikes out there. Redout: Space Assault is a different type of game, at a different price point. We currently don't have a demo for you to try and decide if this game is for you, but the second video on the store page is 100% gameplay: that should further help you in taking an informed decision.

Peace
