Bug fixes:
- Fixed the ending of big bank not properly launching you through the ending opening
- Workshop and marathon bring you back to their respective selection screen
- Achievements "Relief at last" and "Isn't it a bit narcissistic" are easier to unlock
- Fix a glitch where wallriding without touching the mouse would spam the console and lag the game
- Lerp the speed blur a bit... who asked?
