Bug Fixes

Fixed an bug where the initiative player wouldn't have actions available after hero deployment in some cases and would eventually time out.
Fixed not being able to hover health, attack, combat previews, and status effects on cards in play.
Fixed Temple of War not being allowed in decks.
Fixed Vhoul Elder reducing mana costs on factionless cards in hand despite the Vhoul Elder having a faction.
