Yag v0.12.3.0 on the beta branch

Hello,

Yag v0.12.3.0 is on the beta branch.

It brings:
- a few monsters
- 4 new voxel forests: tropical (with variations), SciFi (with variations), northern, bleak and swampy
- 2 new dungeons themes: castle (giant dungeon with ruined variations), SciFi temple.
The castle/ruin dungeon contains some very large architecture, which open new possibilities.
