1) Vivox Login Error
- This error usually means that your clock is out of sync with the game time.
Set your Windows clock to automatic and it should resolve the problem.
- Another player using your steam nickname and playing In Silence
- Your steam nickname has a space. For example, your nickname is "Test 1234", you have to remove space and it should be "Test1234". This is an issue and we gonna fix it soon

2) Crashing Suddenly
- Probably your cpu or i3 or lower or you have a memory problem. Check your task manager and close other programs.
- Don't turn off Vsync
- Disable any third-party tool you have installed on your PC along with Steam overlay and GeForce Experience overlay.
- Open Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings > Program Settings > select the game. Turn on “Max FPS Limit” and set the value to 30. This will lock the game at 30 FPS, reducing GPU load and the game will stop crashing randomly.

3) Stuck on loading screen
- If you are using VPN, you have to disable it
- Proxy Servers should be turned off
- Make sure that your antivirus program and the Windows Firewall protection isn’t blocking the game.

4) Crash at Startup
- The game doesn’t officially support Windows 7 and 8. If you want to play the game then you need to upgrade your OS to Windows 10.
- Right-click the game’s exe > Properties > Compatibility tab > check “Run This program as administrator” and hit apply.
- Your anti-virus/Windows Security might be blocking important games files. Either disable real-time protection or exclude the game’s install folder from it. After that, verify game files and the issue will be fixed.
- Could be missing Visual C++ Redistributables. Go your Steam Library > right-click In Silence> properties > Local Files tab > click “Browse Local Files”. Launch the game directly from the game’s exe and if you get an error similar to “vcruntime140_1.dll Was Not Found”, players need to install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables both x86 and x64 versions.

5) Mic not working
- According to players, their mic stops working randomly while playing In Silence. This is a bug and we are aware of it. While it gets fixed, players can work around this issue by switching to the Windowed mode or restart the game
