People asked for 120 FPS, so this adds an option to set 120 FPS. I also added an option to turn VSync on or off, plus an option for sleeping between frames. Some people reported they weren't getting 60 FPS, so this might have been the cause. The app spends more time waiting for the next frame then it does rendering it, so making the app sleep prevents needless CPU usage while it waits.
