Hi everyone,
We just released our first patch. We aimed to fix issues based on your feedback. They are mainly quality of life improvements but here's the full list of fixes:
- Text and text formatting issues fixed
- Incorrect hand interaction fix
- Water pouring rate increased by 50%
- Fixed thumbstick mapping for right controller
- Dialogue UI scaled down and lowered
- Story character positions adjusted
- Fixed a bug that caused multiple tutorial arrows to spawn
- Base peasant oven cooking time decreased by 2 seconds
- Base peasant fire grill cooking time decreased by 1 second
- Inputting a name for your save file is now optional
- Fixed issue where haptics would be disabled when swapping between controllers while stirring oatmeal, grilling something on the fork, or whisking cake ingredients
- To confirm the deletion of a save file, you will now need to grab and hold the button for 2 seconds
- For new save files, stages will become available after the previous stage was completed, rather than after the completion of that stage
- Fixed an interaction where water poured into the oatmeal pot would become consumed by the ladle
- Added indication of completed stages when accessing a save file
- Fixed issue where hands would stay invisible at the end of a round if holding pottage
- Upgrades shop is available from the start
- In peasants, the prices for the first oven and grill have been halved. The XP required to unlock porridge and cheese has also been lowered
- Pressing the continue button when the end of day stats are being displayed will show all of them instantly. Pressing it a second time will continue to the in game menu
- Knights no longer have a time bonus when part of a meal is delivered
- Fixed a bug that caused the bird to be deleted after being hit. This also caused the customers to remain scared
