Nerfed Kage mod
Added delay before the mission complete logo appear so you can enjoy the whole death sequence on all the bosses.
Added some messages for errors in multiplayer

Fixes

Keyboard input some completly bonker
Various small but significant multiplayer bugs (disconnect, timeout and such)
Invicible looper bug with AP ammo
Camera following the wrong character in multiplayer when a previous game was started earlier with the character of the opposite gender
Updated some special characters in the font
Some crashes when loading/saving the game
Music not playing properly in the mission 'The Snitch'
Small localisation modification
Crash with loot drop if one player quit the game
Stun grenade problem in multiplayer
