Here's the patch notes for the most recent update:
-Fixed Steam achievement "Connoisseur" so it can be properly attained when drinking all potions.
-Fixed issue where Arithmaphobia potion was not functioning properly with Boss health bars.
-Fixed issue where Arithmaphobia potion was not properly negated with then Iron Tum charge.
-Fixed several floors with unreachable tiles.
