We’re dropping in to share a little surprise with our friends and supporters, and give you an update on what’s happening with Bonkies. Read on!

We wanted to take this opportunity to give a very special thanks to all of the players who have supported Bonkies. Unfortunately, virtual hugs are yet to be invented, so we have to improvise. Instead, all the people who have bought the game in Early Access will now be able to play a nearly final version of the game! We’re very excited to hear what you think, so be sure to send us some feedback or leave a review!
Remember, that thanks to Steam’s Remote Play Together Feature, you can invite your friends to have fun with you, no matter how far away!

We want to allow as many people as we can the opportunity to play Bonkies and see what the game has to offer - that’s why we’re setting the demo version of Bonkies live and inviting everyone to have some fun! If you have friends that you think would enjoy going bananas in space, feel free to let them know! Or, if you already own the game, you can invite them to Play Together with you!
Development update
We also wanted to let you know that Bonkies is well on course and is speeding towards a multi-platform release this year! The ongoing, difficult situation brought about by the worldwide pandemic has slowed the progress slightly, but we’re aiming to deliver Bonkies in Q4 2020.
Right now, we’re nearly done with the hardest and most time consuming parts of development - all the stuff that happens “under the hood” is optimised and polished. We’re checking for any possible bugs and gathering precious feedback on balancing the levels, to achieve that perfect fun-challenge harmony.
Simultaneously, we’re working on making sure that console players will be able to join us in raising wacky constructions all over the solar system! We want to make sure that anyone can become a Space Cadet, whether they’re gaming on PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One or PlayStation 4.
As we’re moving forward with development, we’re ever more proud and happy to see our game shaping up and being brought closer to launch to finally let you all take part in space construction!
That’s it for now, but don’t think we’re all done. There are still a lot of exciting things set to happen before we launch Bonkies into space!
