Here is a complete list of the work from the last 30 days:

New features/Mechanics:

- Added coordinate menu/system so that players can jump to specific coordinates on the
map
- Coordinate menu now shows for all new players, which makes it easy to navigate the
map and find their desired territory/starting spot
- Added a minimap in the coordinate menu/system, so that players can navigate the world by
clicking on it
- Added army merging mechanic. Armies merge by moving into each other.
Armies can only merge if neither has a cooldown
- Added alliance leadership transfer mechanic

Changes/Adjustments:

- Added a create capital confirmation menu
- Shrines now doesn't count towards the building count
- New players cannot place their capital within 7 tiles of another capital
- Disabled the option to place a building next to barracks, if it only has 1 available tile left
- World map has been expanded. (x2 times)
- Leaderboards now only show top 50 entries
- Armies now claim tiles AFTER their cooldown finishes, instead of beforehand.
- Armies now must have at least 4 units to sack a building, and at least 8 to sack a capital.
- Changes to upkeep values for multiple building types
- Added border rendering to shore tiles
- Created a trello board to give the community the option to track future development
- Production and upkeep all happen at the same time every 4 hrs
If upkeep isn't paid, 25% of pop is subtracted and building + army is destroyed
- All building costs now scale together
- Added wood upkeep to slums/neighborhoods
- Added iron upkeep to cities/towns
- Added a 2 hr. recruit timer for all units. Navies cannot be destroyed while recruiting.
New players got a 15 sec. recruit timer for first 12 hrs.
Armies that are attacked during recruitment phase, are instantly killed
- All players now have base production of 3 for all resource types (Excl. iron = 6)
- Armies now have a 10 hr. cooldown after each battle instead of the previous 30 min.
(PvE battles for new players only have 15 second cooldown)
- Unit cost now scales linearly, based on how many units of that type a player owns, with a
5% increase per unit owned of a type
- Right clicking now allows armies to set custom paths
- Right clicking on nation borders now brings up nation profiles
- Capitals are now darkened on cells, that don't have enough adjacent tiles for placement
- Graphics quality can now be toggled/adjusted from the pause menu
- Units in battle can now cross water, but at a much slower speed
- Federation join/leave logs now show on alliance members' personal logs
- Movement arrows are now rendered as dashed lines so they look different from border
lines.
- Added s "stop movement" button for armies
- Added a "delete message" button in message inboxes
- The game now launches in windowed mode as default
- Added a marker on the minimap to mark the player's current location
- Removed construction sound for buildings/armies that are constructed outside of players
view.
- Reduced average loading time from 15 seconds to 4-5 seconds.

Bug fixes:

- Fixed a bug where borders didn't load
- Fixed a bug where production events didn't happen for all players
- Fixed a multi-line federation description issue
- Temporarily removed flags from armies and battleships (Caused a glitch)
- Fixed a bug where cities/towns displayed incorrect cost
- Fixed a bug where insurgents were added into leaderboard rankings
- Fixed a bug where some players were unable to construct towns/cities
- Fixed a bug where armies weren't able to claim cells during movement
- Fixed a bug where armies sometimes moved twice if path was changed
- Fixed a bug where some player names had trailing white space
- Fixed a bug where some popup buttons weren't working.
- Fixed a bug where buildings didn't provide loot when sacked
- Fixed a bug where sacking capitals didn't remove nation when destroyed
- Fixed a bug where ships couldn't unload at ports
- Fixed a bug where you couldn't send messages to players who had duplicate names
- Fixed a bug where activity logs weren't rendering each turn
- Fixed a unit/building selection bug
- Fixed a bug where pruned inactive players had territory left over
- Fixed a bug where player who was destroyed didn't get new player status again
- Fixed a bug where navies couldn't do custom pathing
- Fixed a bug where navy ships were hard to see in ocean.
