~ Fixed a bug which caused customers to be picked up when placing pictures.
~ Fixed a bug that showed the buy land plot button after reloading in Sandbox mode.
~ Changed the food and drink pricing for bigger stalls
~ Changed loans to be now only available after completing the corresponding objective.
~ Changed "Low Power" notifications to now only show up if your power consumption has changed since the last notification. (Less Spam)
~ Added tooltips in the Arcade menu that indicates how to unlock the specific categories.
~ Added the budget slider for all to access now, rather than having to unlock it by completing the campaign.
~ Added the ability to sell Pictures.
~ Added the ability to pick up and move Pictures.
~ Added a discord button in the main menu.
