Here's a quick hotfix for a bug introduced in the last hotfix with outdated fuel-tanks.
- Fixed BuilderUtils bug where it would exit unexpectedly and break logic
- Fixed Weapons not turning off audio-loop when entering test mode

More testing pointed out, this is a double layered bug. We found that it has something to do with building whilst in multiplayer. for now, build in single player, and save new copies of your vehicle to be safe!
