fixed issue where driveshafts didn't transfer torque correctly after copy pasting driveshaft related parts
fixed issue were unlinking a part that was linked to a copied part left the link intact in one direction
fixed issue where gas turbines would consume less fuel with lower internal RPM
fixed issue where strobe light source is in middle of the cube instead of the light bulb
fixed issue where the previous maximum angular velocity fix broke some vehicles that were using a mod to change the angular velocity themselves
fixed issue where if you kept copy pasting rotators they would eventually break
moved "electric switch" , "electric selector" , "navigator box" to the tuner dropdown

More testing pointed out, this is a double layered bug. We found that it has something to do with building whilst in multiplayer. for now, build in single player, and save new copies of your vehicle to be safe!
