This is the producer of Dusk Diver, Lancelot Chu.
Dusk Diver has officially released today, and I gratefully appreciate all supports from our players.
We have received several bugs reports, and I am very glad for all the helps we received.
Our team is currently addressing the issues immediately, and we hope to solve them as soon as possible.
The most frequent incidents are listed below：
1. There will be chances of that the screen will freeze during the loading stage after the logo presentation.
A. The problem has already resolved in the new update.
B. If the freeze still occurs after update, emergency measures: In the Task Manager, close Dusk Diver in the running execution, and then restart the game. (Or directly restart the PC to avoid this problem.)
2. The tutorial text in English version is garbled.
A. The text in“Combo Bonus” has already fixed in the new update.
3. Incorrect display with monitors that are not with a ratio of 16:9.
A. Now there are more resolution options to choose from in the new update.
Besides, there will be some bugs while using previous save files from Early Access :
1. The all new function cannot work
A. We hope all players could experience the new Dusk Diver, so the save files from Early Access will be denied in the incoming update.
2. There might be issues while playing the voice lines.
A. Please re-select the language of the voice in the Option on the title screen.
3. Can’t acquire the Early Access special outfit “Where Is My Jacket?”
A. After having a“New Game”save files, restart the game to receive the outfit.
Our deepest apology that we the problems were not addressed prior to the official release of the game.
