Greetings Carants!

We have something a little different for you today! The world of GreedFall has many different and interesting facets to it, including its very own language: Yecht Fradí.

Created by Antoine Henry, linguist and video game language conceptualizer, and Jehanne Rousseau, the creative director of GreedFall, it’s another major part of the world that brings it to life. You’ll find it spoken by the natives scattered across the island of Teer Fradee, including the character you incarnate in GreedFall: The Dying World.

The video below delves into this very aspect of the game. You’ll find it filled with information on the language and its creation, all explained by Antoine Henry himself, as well as details on certain words.
