Increased movement speed for all staff (+33%)

Adjusted Storekeeper and Stocker logic, fixed old logic bugs that could cause strange behavior

Fixed a bug where Clothes supply boxes could spawn at the supply box unloading spot
Fixed a critical bug that could reset product quantities on warehouse shelves to zero
