- Bug where the autoregister also for non-concept races could register without a cooldown
- Staff hiring should work a bit better now, so less empty stables
- Bug where the birth mode setting changed on load game (this seemed to be a more visual bug
- Update cocept names and descriptions)
- Manual stallion fee resetting
- World generation rules immediately respected, not after the start 180 day sim
