Changes
- Overworld - Repeat siren comb turn in now much quicker
- Pre D8 - Fish marker map now purchasable at jaundice's cabin
- Pre D8 - Siren comb marker map now purchasable at the siren cove
- Pre D8 - The well sfx now only plays in that room
- All items achievement now includes all quest items

Fixes
- Fix bug with items where you hold down the button not letting you jump
