It's similar to the last tournament we did but this time on the playtest build. Best-of-3 matches, single-elimination bracket, Wildcards up for grabs.BUT, there is one big change: We're using the Conquest format for the first time ever. Conquest is a common format in TCGs that determines deck rules for the tournament. With conquest you have to submit multiple decks before the tournament starts that have to be different to each other and you get the chance to ban one deck from your opponent. For this tournament we're trying a different legendary for each deck and at least 9 cards have to differ from deck to deck. You will be prompted to submit your decks after you sign-up to the tournament. This will be a test run for the conquest format and the flow to submit decks, any feedback on that is appreciated.Small disclaimer: The tournament will happen shortly after another patch. It's not ideal but due to multiple reasons we think running the tournament this Friday is still the best option.We can't wait to see the decks being cooked up for the tournament!!!!
