Fixed several issues with low resolution on textures and icons, affecting weaker hardware in particular
Fixed watchtowers not working correctly when exiting them right after taking a picture
Fixed not being able to interact with NPCs after handcuffing them during a border inspection after detaining them first
Fixed several issues with the less-lethal shotgun, the pistol and stungun
Fixed an issue with domestic callouts not finishing correctly after the attacker has been released
