To ensure that the Malignism ending can be reached and doesn’t depend so much on random occurrences, the following changes have been made:
- Robbers now have a 100% chance to appear until all item drops from neutralizing them have been completed; after that, their appearances will be random.
- The appearance of at least one citizen who accepts the Malignism pamphlet is now guaranteed when the second phase of Malignism leaflet deliveries begins.
