Hey Cosmoteers!
My friend has just released a free demo for their game Heretic Red, which is a narrative-driven detective mystery game that's set in a snowy village with murder, blasphemy, and religious tension. I played the demo myself and really enjoyed it, especially the world-building and dialogue. Here's a trailer:
I know that's basically nothing like Cosmoteer, but if it sounds like something you might enjoy, then I encourage you to check it out! The demo takes under an hour to play and is of course free. And if you like it, then please wishlist so that you get notified when the full game releases!
