Hello gamers,
I've added the option to set the game speed to 2x, as requested frequently through the in-game feedback option! Click the "2x" button next to the "Pause" button to toggle it.
Other changes:

Hand of Midas buffed: it can now generate money on kill (instead of only on crit), and the value of the gems is also increased. The gem value increases exponentially with star level.

New power-up: Regenerate life when creatures fall!
- Fixed a display bug with the critical strike chance upgrade which caused it to incorrectly preview an upgrade as going from 6% to 6%.
