Our First Steam Next Fest!

The Floor Above Demo · published 23 Feb 2026, 17:39 UTC

All newsPlayers around this dateRead on Steam

Today is a very special day for us — The Floor Above is participating in Steam Next Fest for the first time. And for our team, this is also our first experience being part of a festival of this scale.

We’ve poured our hearts into this project and put a great deal of care into shaping every detail. We’ve listened to your feedback after the demo and refined the atmosphere to make it sharper and more immersive. Bringing this project to Next Fest feels both exciting and important to us.

For the festival, we’ve updated the demo and added Mortyverse Mode — a small addition we wanted to make special for this event. If you find time to play during Next Fest, it would truly mean a lot to us.

If the game leaves an impression on you, please consider adding it to your Wishlist. It directly supports the game during Steam Next Fest and helps more players discover it.

Feedback

Honest feedback is incredibly important to us. We read everything and take your thoughts seriously as we continue developing the game. Please feel free to share your impressions in our Discord or in the Steam Discussions — we really want to hear what you felt while playing.

If you’ve already played the demo before, try Mortyverse Mode.

On behalf of the entire team, thank you for your support and your comments. They truly give us the strength to keep creating something special.
