Hail voidhunters!
*grabs a lantern and points forward with his bony fingers*
Let me guide you through a quick progress update!
GIF 1: New Unholy Surge visual effects.
Thank you to everyone who tried out our Lovecraftian Days demo, wishlisted the game and shared their thoughts! Apart from PoM making its way to thousands of new wishlists, we’ve received over 200 feedback forms, so we’ve been making tweaks to the game and planning out some bigger changes, including:
- better ball movement (e.g. less friction)
- new tables
- various improvements to general game clarity (e.g. feedback from the game, clearer mechanics)
- more insanity and horror (see the concept art at the end of the announcement for a little taste)
- along with other updates, like improved UI and visual effects

More examples of recent changes:
Future plans involve changes like the ability to cut and blow up fish into meaty chunks, because every realistic pool simulation requires gibs.
PSA: Shameless insta self-promotion. If you’re on Instagram, give us a follow! We’ve recently been blessed by the unholy algorithm, making the PoM fish quasi-famous:

So share the reel with fish-destroying-saws with your close ones to help spread the gospel. Because who cares about yet another photo of a perfectly lit vegan salad curated by philosophy students - Instagram needs more blood and dead fish!
Here’s a more enigmatic one: we’ve prototyped a new feature some time ago, something involving keeping the player company, and we’re currently working on adding it into the game. Here’s a little sneak peek - the concept art for a demonic CLASSIFIED:
That’s all for today, hear you soon! Pssst… Remember to follow us on X, Bluesky and Instagram! Thanks!
