Bug Fixes

Fixed a bug that caused players not beeing able to attack with items.
Fixed various music cues.
Fixed a bug that reseted unlocked levels after completing the turorial more than once.
Key rebinding for respawn works now.
Fixed a bug that prevented standing up from crouched state with syringe in hand.
Electric trap can destroy the head now.
Netcode optimization.
