Hello Dieselpunk Builders!
We are just one day away from the final release! We can’t wait to show you guys the final result of our work so today we're going to talk about not one, not two, but three new features! This will also conclude our list of big changes planned for patch 1.1.0 that will go live once Dieselpunk Wars leaves early access.

Exciting, isn't it? Now, let's talk about the final three features.
New Map
Your prayers have been answered! We added a new map based on your feedback, perfect for testing out your biggest creations on a large battlefield! The map features wide, open plains, woods, small hills, as well as two small but relatively deep lakes. There are few rocks or cliffs and in general, your vehicles shouldn't be hindered by difficult terrain. This map is built for speed! There are also no structures on the new map - we felt that adding any buildings would be a limitation for any scenarios you would want to create. Instead, you have total freedom to add as many fortifications in the Battle Simulator mode as you like! And if you're not sure how then check out our last update!
Copy/Paste in Battle Simulator
Did you create a really cool vehicle for your Battle Simulator scenario and wish to add more of them? In patch 1.1.0 you can simply press E to create a copy of your currently selected vehicle. All to maximize your efficiency! Play the game how you like it and explore all of the possibilities.
The ability to share player-made scenarios via Steam Workshop
This is our biggest new feature and one that we were most anxious to reveal! Many of the other features we talked about - the new map, battle simulator improvements, and so on - were made just to make better use of this incredible new functionality!
It works just like sharing your vehicles, by utilizing Steam Workshop. All you need to do is design your own scenario, fill it with vehicles, fortifications, and targets. Once you're satisfied, just share your work with other players so they can give your scenario a try! Remember to mark one of the vehicles as a player vehicle for a more immersive experience. And if you added any custom vehicles to your scenario, make sure to share them on the Steam Workshop too!
We believe that our wonderful community (that means you!) will create many epic and challenging battles and that our Steam Workshop page will soon be filled with interesting challenges. Come up with a challenging battle plan and see how your friends adapt to it!
